Why it is recommended to run in the inclines is when running on the smooth surface there is no opposite force working against the runner and he do not required to use much force whereas in the inclines the runner has to run against the gravitational force which is pulling the runner ion downward direction and he is trying to run in upward direction.

In this process a higher amount of energy is needs which looses the fat from the body. If the person wants to see the immediate results then it is advised that he should not take the fat at all.

This too has a reason and that is if the intake of the fat is reduced then there would be no storage of fats in the body and while exercising whenever there would be a requirement of fat then that would be taken from the other body areas where it is excess in amount. This procedure leads to the reduction in the body fat.
